Return and Refund Policy
Shipping: all shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, used items cannot be returned or refunded.
However, we will gladly replace or refund any products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of the damage and your receipt are submitted to burn.be@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.
🏷️ Sale & Limited Edition Items
We cannot accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on:
Sale items
Gift cards
Limited edition or collaboration products
If you purchased an item just before a sale, we unfortunately cannot price match it after the discount period.
🛍️ Orders from Retailers
If you purchased our products through one of our retail partners or stockists, please contact them directly.
We are only able to process returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased through www.burnbecandles.com.
📦 Cancellations
If you’d like to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at burn.be@outlook.com.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or refunded until returned in accordance with this policy.
🚚 Shipping
If your package is lost in transit or returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
